This is my 4-week program, where we will turn your workouts into quick yet effective sessions to help you familiarize your way around the gym while optimizing muscle growth. This beginner’s guide is not like others; with this, even as a beginner, you will feel challenged throughout all of your sessions.

- A guide for pre/post workout stretching
- An average of 45 - 60 minute lower body, upper body and HIIT workouts for 4 consecutive weeks with variety in sets, reps and training techniques
- Video tutorials for all exercises
- A weekly fitness tracker for your progress (4 Weeks)
