1:1 / Online Training Policies:

Payment Terms: Payment for personal training services is due upfront before the commencement of the training program. 

Accepted payment methods will be provided during initial consultation.

No Refund Policy: Once payment has been made and training materials, including workout and nutritional guides, have been provided, refunds will not be issued.

This policy applies regardless of the client's decision to discontinue training with me.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their training sessions with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session without penalty.

Cancellations made within the 24 hour window will result in the session being charged in full.

Session Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session with a minimum of 2 hour notice prior to the scheduled session at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Late Payments: Failure to make payment by the agreed-upon date may result in a suspension of training services until payment is received. If you need to talk about payment options please feel free to contact me directly or at contact@figurafitness.org. Monthly new nutrition plans will be sent once your payment is made in full unless otherwise discussed with me.

Modification of Services: I reserve the right to modify or adjust the training program, including workout routines and nutritional guidance, based on the client's progress and needs.

Communication: Clients are encouraged to maintain open communication regarding any concerns or adjustments needed in their training program.

Agreement Acceptance: By engaging in training services with me, clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this payment policy.

Late Arrival Policy:

As a dedicated personal trainer, I am committed to providing you with the best possible service and support on your fitness journey. To ensure the smooth running of our training sessions and out of respect for both your time and mine, the following late arrival policy will be implemented:

  1. Late Arrival Fee: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled training session, the first time will be a warning and the second time and forward will be a $10 late fee that will be added to your upcoming bill. This fee compensates for the time that could have been allocated to another client or utilized for productive purposes. I myself will make sure to be there prior to your training time and ready to go. 
  2. Shortage of Session: If you arrive late but before the 15 minute grace period, the session will still go forward, however the session will be finalized at our originally scheduled time and you will only get training for the remaining time left after your late arrival. 
  3. Cancellation of Session: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled training session, the session will be canceled in its entirety. It is essential to begin each session on time to maximize the benefits of our training program. Additionally, this ensures fairness to other clients with scheduled appointments following yours.
  4. Rescheduling: In the event of a canceled session due to continuous late arrival, please note that there will be no refund for that day.
  5. Notification: If you anticipate being late or unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify me as soon as possible. This allows for adjustments to be made accordingly and helps maintain the efficiency of our training schedule.
  6. Punctuality Importance: Punctuality is crucial for the success of our training partnership. Arriving on time demonstrates your commitment to your fitness goals and respects the time and effort invested by both parties.
  7. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. However, such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing Figura Fitness for your digital fitness guide needs. Please read this No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any digital fitness guide from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

*All Sales Are Final*

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital fitness guides purchased through Figura Fitness. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

*Digital Products*

Our digital fitness guides are non-tangible irrevocable goods, and as such, we do not issue refunds after the purchase has been made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing.

*Technical Issues*

While we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices, software, or internet connections. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the necessary equipment and internet access to download and use our digital fitness guides. We do not provide refunds for technical issues beyond our control. 

Confidentiality and Use of Information:

I have been informed that the information which is obtained by Figura Fitness training programs will be treated as privileged and confidential and will consequently not be released or revealed to any person, to the use of any information which is not personally identifiable with me for research and statistical purposes so long as same does not identify my person or provide facts which could lead to my identification. Any other information obtained, however, will be used only by the program staff to evaluate my exercise status or needs.

Photography / Videography:

As your personal trainer, I want to ensure clarity and transparency in our professional relationship. Therefore, I'd like to inform you that I reserve the right to record our training sessions for quality assurance, training evaluation, and educational purposes. These recordings will be kept confidential and used solely for internal purposes or for my fitness instagram page. If you have any concerns or objections regarding this policy, please let me know, and we can discuss alternative arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: 

As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and our website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We may also share this personal information with third parties, including advertising partners. We do this in order to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests and for other reasons outlined in our privacy policy.
